What we ask for, and what we never ask for
We never ask for your broker login or password. Scope reads a file you export yourself.
A tradebook is your broker's list of every executed trade: what, when, at what price, how much, which side. It is not the P&L statement, and we do not want the P&L statement.
Public uploads are not open yet.
What we use it for
Two things: producing your diagnosis, and checking that our engine works. Nothing else unless you say so.
The second one is why we ask at all. A tool that reads trading histories has to be tested against real ones, and the people who share theirs are the people making that possible.
Where it does not go
It never reaches PlusEV's trading desk. That is a wall in the code, with its own architecture decision behind it, not a sentence on a page.
We do not sell your tradebook and we do not share it with anyone outside PlusEV.
Only the people working on your diagnosis can open your file.
Having it deleted
You delete it yourself, from your account page, and it is gone the moment you confirm: the file, everything we built from it, and every Journal. If you would rather write to us, we do the same thing and write back when it is done.
The server's backups are reached by time, not by code: each weekly backup is kept for four weeks and then discarded, so a deleted file is out of every backup within 30 days.
What we keep is the record that you consented and the record that you deleted, so that we can show both happened.
You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not affect anything else.
